After the approval of the board by the Graduate Committee, you will receive an email, informing that you can now make your request at SIGA using the approved data.
After uploading your final version of the thesis/dissertation approved after the Defense, you will have to fill, no system https://sistemas.feq.unicamp.br/bancao/login, The form “Termination and Transfer of Responsibility Checklist”.

Requirements for obtaining the title of Master
The title to be conferred by the Postgraduate Program in the Master's course will be: “Master or Master in Chemical Engineering”.
To obtain the title of Master, it is necessary to prepare a dissertation and comply with the following requirements:
• Complete a total of 17 credits in subjects and being approved in the defense of the dissertation.
Requirements for obtaining the title of Doctor
The title to be conferred by the Postgraduate Program in the Doctoral course will be: “Doctor or Doctor in Chemical Engineering”.
To obtain the title of Doctor, it is necessary to prepare a thesis and comply with the following requirements:
• Complete a total of 10 credits in subjects and being approved in the defense of the thesis.
Constitution of the Judging Committee
Prepared the dissertation or thesis and fulfilled the other requirements established in the Program Regulation, the student must defend it in a public session before a composed Judging Committee, in the case of Master's, by three full members, e, in the case of the Doctorate, by five full members, all possessors, not minimal, of the title of Doctor, chaired by the dissertation or thesis supervisor.
in the Master, excluded the advisor, at least half of the members of the Judging Committee must be external to the Program and the Unit. in the doctorate, excluded the advisor, at least half of the members of the Judging Committee must be from outside the Program and UNICAMP.
The Judging Committees, in addition to the advisor and the full members, must consist of two more alternate members., in the case of the Master, one of them being external to the Program and the Unit., and three more alternate members, in the case of the Doctorate, being at least two external to the Program and UNICAMP.
The GR Resolution 137/99, from 28/09/99 establishes rules for homologation of Master's and Doctoral theses defended at UNICAMP and other measures.
The constitution of the Master's and Doctoral Judging Committees must be requested through SIGA, no link: https://www1.sistemas.unicamp.br/siga/ingresso/default/login.xhtml with minimum notice of 38 days of the defense date.
For the defense of master's thesis: to check, when defining the date of defense before the CPG/FEQ, the publication or submission of a complete work related to your master's work to an indexed journal or scientific congress, and Scientific Initiation events are not accepted (Article 19 – Item V – PG/FEQ Regulation).
Observation: For the constitution of the Judging Committee it is necessary to comply with all items. To live up to the title of Master/Master or Doctor/Doctor, The final version of the dissertation or thesis must be uploaded in the SIGA system to request theses and dissertations within the deadline of 60 days from the date of defense, in accordance with the provisions of Article 42, paragraph 1, item II and paragraph 2 of the General Regulation of Postgraduate Courses- Stricto Sensu and Lato Sensu Graduation (Deliberation CONSU-A 10-2015).

Introduction: Must present an overview of the research, including brief history, importance and justification for choosing the topic , subject boundaries, formulation of research hypotheses and objectives.
Literature revision (or literature review, state of art, state of knowledge): The author must record his knowledge of the basic literature on the subject., discussing and commenting on the information already published. The review must be submitted, preferably, by subject blocks and in chronological order, trying to show the evolution of the theme.
Materials and methods (can be another title, according to the work performed): Must present the methods or models used, the modeling employed, the necessary simplifications, the methodology and description of the calculation method used in the development of the research, so that it can be reconstituted. Must present the description of the experimental setup, methodology for obtaining results, error analysis, sample of results obtained and comments. Heads up: this part can be subdivided into more sections., according to the specifics of the subject.
Results and discussion: Must describe in detail the data obtained by the author. Illustrations are usually included as frames., tables, graphics, ㅤ. Must compare the data obtained and/or results, with those described in the literature review, including comments on studies by other authors..
Conclusions and Suggestions for Next Works: You must end the work with an answer to the hypotheses specified in the introduction.. The author must express their point of view on the results obtained.; should not include, in this chapter, new data or equations. from completion, some issues that have been identified as important to be explored may be suggested as topics for further research.
Equations: They must be written in the same font and size used in the text., but in italics.
Bibliographic references: Must present the set of documents cited in the text in alphabetical order of author's last name or numerical order (as quoted no text). It is recommended to observe the ABNT Bibliographic References Norms (NBR 6023).
Annexed (when apply): when there is a need, a document can be attached(s) help(it is) and/or complementary(it is) Among: legislation, statutes, graphics, tables, ㅤ, developed by other authors.
