The work is published one year after approval by PRPG. It is important that students keep their personal email updated, because the institutional email is canceled after 120 days from the date of approval of the thesis/dissertation. After the student chooses when scheduling the defense to publish the work after one year, the system allows you to extend for one more and then for one more (1+1+1).
