UNICAMP has an Institutional Policy on Best Practices and Integrity in Research, whose executive body is the Integrity Commission
in Research (chip).
CIP is responsible for hosting, evaluation and referral of suspected bad cases.- conduct or malpractice in scientific research carried out at UNICAMP and its members.
The University also has several Committees and Commissions that monitor various aspects of the research, among them Genetic Heritage, animal research, and ethics in research with human beings.
